AI & Ecommerce Analytics training

The aim of this course is to help e-commerce teams to make concrete use of artificial intelligence in their analysesin order to gain in efficiency, relevance and decision-making capacitywithout losing touch with business issues.

Target audience

Ecommerce, acquisition, merchandising, CRO, UX and CRM teams wishing to progress with the use of AI and performance analysis of their e-commerce platforms.

Prerequisites

– Computer literate
– Good digital & e-commerce basics
– Access to a Digital Analytics solution (Google Analytics, Piano Analytics, …)
– Access to an LLM recommended

Module 2: AI & e-commerce analytics – Preparing digital analytics data for AI

Level: Beginner | Duration: 2 h

Make Digital Analytics data usable by AI in a reliable and structured way

Module 3: AI & e-commerce analytics – Preparing e-commerce data for AI

Level: Beginner| Duration: 2 h

Prepare reliable, standardized e-commerce data for effective use by AI

Objectives:
1. Understand the transactional structure
2. Prepare a standardized multi-platform export
3. Anticipate business pitfalls

Module 4: AI & e-commerce analytics – Analysis prompts & methodology

Our teaching methods

Our 2-hour modules are designed to maximize participants’ concentration and commitment. Using real-life case studies and your own data in complete confidentiality, you’ll easily assimilate the concepts covered. Our approach is pragmatic: we share best practices and concrete avenues of analysis.

Learning assessment

A multiple-choice questionnaire is sent to all participants at the end of each training module. A score of at least 70% is required for validation. A training certificate is sent to each participant for the modules completed, once the training is over.

Accessibility

Our online and face-to-face training courses are accessible to people with disabilities. We identify the constraints linked to the disabled situation (accessibility of premises, equipment, mobility, compatibility with the training course, timetables, pace…) and assess the specific needs to adapt the training courses.
